WFI at ASHRAE 2025: A Visual Recap of an Inspiring Week

The ASHRAE 2025 Winter Conference, held from February 8-12, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, was a landmark event in the HVAC&R industry. The conference brought together 3,800 attendees, featuring over 400 committee meetings, 111 technical sessions, and numerous networking and social events. Concurrently, the AHR Expo hosted more than 1,800 exhibitors and welcomed an estimated 50,000 attendees over three days.


The event also provided an excellent opportunity for the WFI community to meet, reconnect, exchange knowledge, and explore innovative solutions while advancing the future of sustainable building practices.

The ASHRAE 2025 Presidential Luncheon was a highlight of the Annual Conference in Orlando, offering attendees an opportunity to engage with the Society's leadership and gain insights into its strategic direction. Held on Monday, February 10th, at 12:15 p.m., the event featured a plated lunch and a keynote address by the 2024-2025 ASHRAE President, Dennis Knight. In his speech, President Knight presented the Society's theme, "Empowering Our Workforce: Building a Sustainable Future," outlining initiatives aimed at advancing sustainability and energy efficiency within the HVAC&R industry. The luncheon also recognized significant contributions from members and donors, highlighting their roles in supporting ASHRAE's mission and programs.
